The ConHive Agent is available under two distinct licensing models: Community and Enterprise.
Please be aware that the ConHive Agent software, under both licenses, is provided strictly on an “as-is” basis. We strongly advise reviewing the detailed Liability Disclaimer section below before use.
🌐 Community License
Section titled “🌐 Community License”The Community license is designed for individual developers, researchers, and non-commercial projects.
- Cost: Free to use.
- Use Case: Suitable for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
- Features: Includes core functionalities of the ConHive Agent. Certain advanced features and modules may be limited compared to the Enterprise version.
- Support: Access to community forums and resources for assistance and troubleshooting.
- Warranty: No warranty is provided; use is at your own risk (See Liability Disclaimer below).
🏢 Enterprise License
Section titled “🏢 Enterprise License”The Enterprise license provides a comprehensive solution for businesses and commercial deployments requiring advanced capabilities and dedicated support.
- Cost: Paid license (Contact Sales for pricing).
- Use Case: Suitable for commercial deployments, enterprise-level operations, and integration into commercial products or services.
- Features: Offers the full suite of features, including all advanced modules, integrations, and higher performance limits where applicable.
- Support: Includes dedicated professional support channels and optional Service Level Agreements (SLAs) tailored to business needs.
- Customizability: Allows for greater customization and integration options to fit specific organizational requirements.
- Warranty: No warranty is provided; use is at your own risk (See Liability Disclaimer below).

The ConHive Agent software is distributed “as-is” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Under no circumstances shall the developers, contributors, or any associated parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use or inability to use the ConHive Agent software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
By downloading, installing, or using the ConHive Agent, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you do so entirely at your own risk.
